READING OF THE DAY
A reading from the Second Book of Kings
2 Kgs 17:5-8, 13-15a, 18
Shalmaneser, king of Assyria, occupied the whole land
and attacked Samaria, which he besieged for three years.
In the ninth year of Hoshea, king of Israel
the king of Assyria took Samaria,
and deported the children of Israel to Assyria,
setting them in Halah, at the Habor, a river of Gozan,
and the cities of the Medes.
This came about because the children of Israel sinned against the LORD,
their God, who had brought them up from the land of Egypt,
from under the domination of Pharaoh, king of Egypt,
and because they venerated other gods.
They followed the rites of the nations
whom the Lord had cleared out of the way of the children of Israel
and the kings of Israel whom they set up.
And though the LORD warned Israel and Judah
by every prophet and seer,
“Give up your evil ways and keep my commandments and statutes,
in accordance with the entire law which I enjoined on your fathers
and which I sent you by my servants the prophets,”
they did not listen, but were as stiff-necked as their fathers,
who had not believed in the LORD, their God.
They rejected his statutes,
the covenant which he had made with their fathers,
and the warnings which he had given them, till,
in his great anger against Israel,
the LORD put them away out of his sight.
Only the tribe of Judah was left.

Mt 7:1-5
Jesus said to his disciples:
“Stop judging, that you may not be judged.
For as you judge, so will you be judged,
and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you.
Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye,
but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?
How can you say to your brother,
‘Let me remove that splinter from your eye,’
while the wooden beam is in your eye?
You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first;
then you will see clearly
to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye.”

GOD’S TEACHINGS
Dear People of God,
Today’s Word of God, God only teaches people the basics of living a pleasing life before God the Father: “Stop judging, that you may not be judged. Stop condemning, that you may not be condemned by God.”.”
Who has the right to condemn? Answer: Only God is the One makes the law, and only He has the right to judge and condemn. Man has no right to condemn anyone, because all men are alike, created by God. God gives each person a unique gift, no one is like anyone. And every soul is different before God the Father, only God has full jurisdiction over that soul. Only God, who is almighty and perfect, can see through whether a person’s soul is good or bad.
Therefore, in order to live a life pleasing to God the Father, everyone should follow God’s instructions as follows:
First: In daily life, never have an idea, or an attitude of condemning or judging anyone because bad people, good people are loved by God.
Second: God also commanded: “ “ For the measure with which you measure it will be measured out to you. ” Therefore, everyone should always live well with each other, be kind to good people as well as bad people. Give, love with all your being to be rewarded by God.
Third: Before God, everyone should always live well, and then go help others, because God said: “ Remove the wooden beam from your own eye first, and then you will be able to see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye.”
That is God teaches everyone: If anyone wants to teach others, they must first live a good life, live a perfect life, live a life pleasing to God, and obey the commands of the Father. Then, go share and help our neighbors, those around you and help them live pleasing to God. To do this work, each person needs to have God in their hearts: that is, to love God with all their hearts, to put God above all things, and to have a life of intimate union with God the Father, in order to Thanks to God in our heart, we will bring God to others, help them realize God’s Love, help them to have the grace to convert, the grace to turn from the path of sin and return to God the Father.
Today, God invites everyone to do those three good deeds, then they will be pleasing to God the Father, loved by God the Father and kept in His loving arms.
